At Beba’s Jewellery, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if approved.The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Sale or discounted items
- Earrings and nose pins (for hygiene reasons)
- Damaged products caused by misuse or improper handling
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be sent through the original payment method or bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders in Pakistan).
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if:
- The wrong product was delivered
- The item arrived damaged or defective
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake was from our side.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
